觀光局為維護國內旅遊品質及協助督促旅行社妥適規劃行程，確保安心旅遊與深度體驗地方特色，22日訂定「國內旅遊團一日遊產品合理行程規劃及檢視注意事項」，請旅行社自主檢視1日遊行程安排應遵行八大原則。
1、 出發前應有旅遊定型化契約及將旅遊產品資訊充分揭露。
2、 應依規定投保旅行業責任保險，投保額度宜提高（如：新台幣500萬元）。
3、 應使租用之遊覽車符合勞動基準法駕駛工時不得超過12小時等規定。
4、 應使租用之遊覽車符合汽車運輸業管理規則駕駛勤務不得超過10小時等規定。
5、 應使用合法交通工具及合格駕駛人，搭乘時應向旅客實施遊覽車逃生安全解說及示範。
6、 妥適安排旅遊行程，應檢視有無早出晚歸、行程過度緊湊、行車距離或時間太長等情形，行車距離可依旅行業公會評估每日行駛以300公里為原則(含山區路段200公里)，得加計100公里之彈性。經檢視如有不合理之情形，應自主調整改善方式，例如增加替換駕駛機制、調整或變更行程、採多元交通運具等。
7、 應先行評估使用遊覽車車型、機件條件以妥適安排運具，並特別注意行駛道路路況。
8、 主管機關稽查時，旅行社及遊覽車公司均應配合辦理。
觀光局再次強調出遊安全至上，希望透過業者自主管理，進而優化旅遊服務品質，擴大旅客權益保障及信心。

國民黨主席選舉進入六強競逐的混戰局勢，讓黨主席選舉進入第二輪投票的可能性持續增加，前副總統吳敦義7日受訪時贊同韓國瑜提議，認為第一輪投票定輸贏即可，但郝龍斌辦公室發出聲明，認為距選舉時間僅剩70餘天，改採一輪投票只會增加爭議，吳、郝兩人在「整合說」之後再次交鋒。
韓國瑜接受電台訪問時表示，主席參選費用第一關需要兩百萬，第二關要再花六百萬，並再募款要一千萬，打完至少要花一千八百萬；因此韓國瑜認為，第一輪決勝負最好，不要勞民傷財，既然有五個人會落選，大家同意書簽好，輔佐第一名黨主席就好。
對於韓國瑜的說法，吳敦義受訪時回應韓的主張表示，黨主席選舉是封閉型選舉，應以黨內團結為先，選戰進入第二輪投票，多花錢也多花時間，過程中可能也會有雜音與想像空間，這都是不必要的。
吳敦義說，第一輪選舉只要能公平公正舉辦，得票相對最高的那個就擔任黨主席，代表國民黨，大家就一起支持他。說法不約而同地與韓國瑜提案方向一致。
針對吳敦義表示進行一輪選制的說法，郝龍斌辦公室發出聲明稿回應說，現行國民黨主席選舉制度已經運作十幾年，本次選戰中各參選人也未提及第二輪投票有傷團結，現在距離投票日僅剩70餘日，也已有六位參選人投入選戰，突然提出變更選制、改採一輪投票的議題，可能反而徒惹外界揣測，更增爭議。
郝辦指出，黨主席的當選門檻若僅由參選人自己約一約就能更改，那就像一場41K馬拉松的比賽，跑到20K，突然有選手說大家同意改跑21K就好，難以服眾，一場公平公正的選舉，應該是「參選人依照遊戲規則」，而非「遊戲規則依參選人考量任意更動」。
